Half way between the Marais and the Champs Elysees , very close to the most famous museum : Le Louvre.
A view over the Tuileries Gardens, and the Orsay Museum located just across the Seine river, on the Left bank.

Therefore it is also just a few minutes away, by foot, from St Germain des PrĂ©s and the Quartier Latin, from the famous antique dealers of the Carre des Antiquaires (rue de Beaune, rue de Verneuil, rue de Lille, etc…)


The apartment

It is a top quality flat on the 5th floor of a nice building with an elevator, in rue Saint Roch.

The living room is furnished with signed pieces of contemporary furniture and decoration items : furniture by Martin Szekely, wall decor by Antoni Miralda i Bou, carpet by Sonia Delaunay.

The bedroom : Chinese desk and lamps, queen-size double bed with high quality mattress (Simmons), carpet by Alicia Penalba

Spacious shower room, shower corner entirely tiled. Separate toilet.

Many cupboards, however only one or two are available for renters, but that is enough for short stays. DSL high speed access to Internet. Linen and towels are supplied.

Booking process and rates


This apartment is usually available for rather short stays, usually one or two weeks. It may be sometimes available for a longer period of time, depending on circumstances.

* SHORT TERM RENTAL

Short term all-in rates are usually 1,280 € for 1 week, 2,375 € for 2 weeks, 3,410 € for 3 weeks, etc...


This includes rent, utilities, rental fee, final cleaning fee, reasonable amount for gas and electricity (up to 2 euros per night), DSL high speed access to Internet, share of taxe d'habitation. Not included are other telecommunications


The refundable safety deposit is 300 euros in cash + 2,000 euros or 3,200 USD either in cash or as a European or US cashier’s check

* MID to LONG TERM RENTAL

This apartmernt is very rarely proposed for rentals of 2 to 6 months, but whenever it could happen :

- the monthly rent including utilities, high speed access to Internet and share of taxe d'habitation would be 3,100 euros

- additional costs would include electricity, other telecommunications, renter's insurance premium, and broker's fee (depends upon length of stay)

Refundable safety and key deposit = 1 month of rent
